Where we deliver

Standard delivery is £4.95 per order to supported mainland England and Wales addresses. We do not currently deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, offshore islands (including the Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Anglesey), the Channel Islands or Isle of Man, or BFPO and PO box addresses. Checkout checks your postcode before offering delivery.

Delivery estimate

Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from your order. This is an estimate allowing for order handling and standard carriage, not a guaranteed delivery date. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. If we learn of a delay, we will contact you.

How your order arrives

Our UK suppliers dispatch items directly to you. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately; the delivery charge remains £4.95 for your order. We send available dispatch and tracking information by email. Unless we agree a different period with you, goods must be delivered within 30 days; your rights if delivery is late are unaffected.
