Products and prices

Read the product description, selected colour or size, measurements and use limits before ordering. Prices are in pounds sterling. The delivery charge and total payable must be shown before you submit your order.

Placing an order

Review the items, quantities, contact details and delivery address, and correct any errors before using the checkout payment button. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Available destinations, delivery charges and the delivery timeframe for your order are provided before payment. Contact us if a delivery is delayed or missing. Your legal rights concerning late delivery are unaffected.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Our Returns and refunds page explains cancellation periods, return costs, refunds and remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described. You can cancel through a clear email or postal message; using our cancellation form is optional.
