Can I save things I like in the meantime?

How do I check something will fit?

Every product lists its measurements. Measure your pet the way they'll use it, lying down for a bed and standing for a carrier, then compare. If you're unsure, send us their weight and a photo.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Standard delivery is £4.95 per order to supported mainland England and Wales addresses. Estimated arrival: 3–7 working days. Our UK suppliers dispatch directly to you. Check delivery details and exclusions.

What if it doesn't suit my pet?

You normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you are cancelling, then another 14 days to return the goods. Ordinary postal change-of-mind returns are at your cost; we arrange and pay for bulky non-postal returns. Read the returns policy.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices are in pounds sterling, and any VAT is shown before you pay.
